SECRETARIAT ROUTINE CIRCULAR NO.67.

Organisation of the Colonial Secretariat.

The attached "Distribution of Business" in the Secretariat is

circulated for information and guidance.

2.

This list replaces the organisation chart which was attached to

Secretariat Routine Circular No.136 of the 23rd December, 1948.

3.

This new list of duties implements, so far as is possible at the

present moment, the recommendations of Mr. S.S. Ross, 0, and M. Adviser. It

is intended that the list should be brought up for re-consideration in two

months time with a view to giving further effect to Mr. Ross' recommendations.
